PERSONAL WELLNESS AND FITNESS TRAINING PROGRAMME: KOKODA TASTER – WITH FUZZY WUZZY EXPEDITIIONS LTD
Fuzzy Wuzzy Expeditions Limited as a registered Kokoda Trail Tour Operator, we are organizing a weekly weekend adventure code name “Kokoda Taster” in conjunction with “Stay Fit and Personal Wellness programs that may be of benefit to you and your organization.
There will be lot to gain from these programs as participants from all sectors of the community especially the executives and staff of private and corporate organizations will part take to stay fit, well, sharp, and clean to promote healthy life style and better images for their organization.
We believe the program will be of great benefit to your organization and we encourage your participation as we have testimonies to prove with – SP Brewery Ltd, Ray White Real Estate, MEDENT (Medical Dentist Clinic), Steamships Shipping Head Office, French Embassy, Aussie High Commission Lease Master Ltd, Crown Plaza hotel Management, Gateway hotel and many more.
FWE “Kokoda Taster” program is a life experiences that lets you discover your direction “A destination Healthy Lifestyle”. Every story is different and every experience is real. Therefore immerse yourself in our Wellness Adventure program “Kokoda Taster” and discover experiences where time has forgotten.
The following programs incorporate Kokoda Taste Wellness and Fitness Adventures.
One day trek to Imita Ridge and return: Only Saturdays.
Programme for One (1) Day Team Building & Wellness walk (Saturdays)
• 5:00 am - meet at identified location.
• 5:30 am – Drive to Owers
Corner
• 7:30 am – Start Trek down to Goldie River and cross Goldie River, Continue trek to Good Water camp for morning break.
• 10:30 am – Start trek after morning break to the top of Imita Ridge. Stop over for lunch.
• 1:30 pm – Start trek back from Imita Ridge to Basil Camp and proceed to Goldie River. Have last refreshing dip at Goldie before climbing up to Ower’s Corner
• 3:30 pm – 4:00 pm Complete Days Adventure trek at Ower’s Corner. Drive back to Port Moresby.

Programme for Two (2) Days Team Building & Wellness walk (Saturday & Sunday)
Day 1: (Saturday)
• 5:00 am – meet at identified location.
• 5:30 am – Drive to Ower’s Corner
• 7:30 am – Start Trek down to Goldie River and cross Goldie River, Continue trek to Good Water camp for morning break.
• 10:30 am – Start trek after morning break to the top of Imita Ridge. Stop over for lunch.
• 1:30 pm – Start trek down to the other side of Imita Ridge to the base of Imita Ridge and proceed with 10 x creek crossing to the Uvaule Creek campsite.
• 3:30 pm – 4:00 pm set up camp & overnight at Uvaule Creek camp site-at the back of Imita Ridge.
• 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm - Dinner at Fuzzy Wuzzy's juncle restraunt to be prepared by Chef: Dafol and the expeditions crews.
• 7:00 till late - Coffee nigth, boom fire, share jokes, work experiences, stories etc..
Day 2: (Sunday)
• 5:00 am –wake up call, prepare for breakfast
• 5:30 am – Breakfast
• 7:30 am – Start trek with 10 x creek crossing to the base of Imita Ridge & start climbing Imita Ridge to the top.
• 10:30 am – Morning break at the top of Imita Ridge.
• 11:00 am - Start trek from the top of Imita Ridge to Basil's camp & stop over for lunch
• 1:30 pm – Start trek from Basil's camp (Good Water camp site to Goldie River); stop over for afternoon tea break at Goldie River; take a refreshing dip at Goldie River.
• 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm - Trek up hill towards Ower's Corner meet the waiting vehicles with crews and travel back to Port Moresby.
• 4:30 pm - 5:30pm - Share experience with a small BBQ at a venue yet to be identified.
